A native of Germany, Tibor has worked with global organizations, guiding them through complex transformations and delivering results. At Simtra, he is leading the company through its pivotal transition from a Baxter business unit to an independent global company.

With a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, salesforce optimization and data management, Tibor’s expertise spans multiple industries and continents. Prior to joining Simtra, he was Vice President of Strategy and Project Management for WSAudiology, and held leadership roles at Sivantos Group, Orthosana Management and The Boston Consulting Group.
