Prefilled Syringes

Our prefilled syringe production capabilities facilitate either low-speed syringe filling or high-speed, high-volume filling, supported by corresponding inspection and packaging capacity. Redundant like-in-kind filling lines enable us to increase production potential, mitigate supply risk and ensure on-time delivery. Prefilled syringes undergo weight checking and, when appropriate, terminal sterilization.

We offer a choice of plastic or glass syringes and a variety of product enhancements. Labeling and packaging can be either manual or automated, and syringes can be packaged in bulk or in blister packs, with or without a product insert.
