Bo Watkins

Bo Watkins is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Management at Simtra BioPharma Solutions, where he leads with a deep commitment to driving growth and delivering on Simtra’s purpose to bring vital injectable products to our customers’ patients worldwide. Bo brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and strategic insight to his role, ensuring that Simtra continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Before taking on his current role, Bo led sales, marketing and contracting for Baxter BioPharma Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in doubling the size of the contract manufacturing business. His leadership was instrumental in guiding the business through its transition to become Simtra. His expertise extends beyond sales, having also served as Director of Program Management at our manufacturing facility in Bloomington, Indiana, where he oversaw commercial programs and site transfers.

His leadership is grounded in a collaborative, customer-centric approach. Under Bo’s guidance, Simtra’s sales operations are well positioned for continued success and growth.
