Job seekers need to be aware of recruitment fraud activities. Recruitment fraud is a concerted scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. These activities typically involve someone posing to be associated with Simtra and reaching out to job seekers for fictitious job postings. They then request confidential personal information or payment from the applicant, which can then result in fraudulent activity.
Recruitment fraud can be spotted by the fraudsters requesting the following information (including but not limited to):
Personal address
Date of birth
Passport information
Social Security number
Banking details or payment
Job seekers should also be alerted to potential fraudulent activity if the domain of the sender does not match @simtra.com. If you are applying for a job, you can confirm the legitimacy of a job posting by viewing current open roles on this page. All legitimate job postings will require an application to be made directly on our official Careers website.
Please note that the Simtra recruiting process does not include asking candidates for payments or other highly confidential financial information. The company complies with all required employment laws, regulations and data privacy requirements in our recruiting process.
