Project Management plays a critical role in powering the success of a client engagement from start to finish, beginning with project initiation and extending through product delivery. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary colleagues and the client, this team uses systematic processes to meet project objectives within the defined project scope, timeline and budget, all the while anticipating potential hurdles to ensure a premier experience.

Marketing & Communications is charged with crafting compelling promotional messaging and determining the most effective mix of marketing and public relations channels for delivering targeted, persuasive communications to pharma and biotech companies who may need contracted development and manufacturing support. The department’s goal is to build brand awareness and increase business with both new and existing customers supplying vital injectable medications to patients.

Sales & Business Development teams are the force that drives the acquisition of new business and the establishment of long-term customer relationships and loyalty. The key to their success is understanding customer needs, developing effective sales strategies and persuasively communicating the value Simtra brings to the services it provides. Their tactics include personal selling, attendance at industry events and participating in educational activities.
